1. What types of businesses can use your services?
We work with companies of all sizes and sectors: small local shops, emerging brands, creative studios, corporate teams, and more. There’s no minimum order required to get started.
For bulk orders: since our model is print-on-demand on sustainable products, prices won’t match mass production. However, we do offer a small discount based on order volume.
2. Can I add my logo to all products?
Absolutely! In the Upload Your Image section, after selecting your product, you can upload your logo or any company design. Once the order is placed, you’ll receive a digital preview within 1-2 business days to confirm the positioning and final appearance.
Important: the graphic will be printed as-is. If you need edits (for example: background removal or other adjustments), please contact us before placing your order – this service comes at an additional cost.
3. Do you also offer logo or brand identity creation?
Yes. If you don’t yet have a defined visual identity or wish to refresh it, we can create custom logos, define color palettes, fonts, and graphic layouts. Fill out the form in the Custom Design section or reach out via the contact form, including key details of your request.
4. What happens after I send a custom design request?
We’ll review your material and get back to you within 2–3 business days with a proposal and quote. Once approved, we begin the design and/or printing process.
5. Can I order both digital designs and physical products for my business?
Yes. You can receive digital files ready for use (social media, packaging, labels, flyers, etc.) or also order physical products customized with your graphics: apparel, accessories, branded items, and more.
6. What are the production and delivery times?
It depends on the project. In general, design production takes 3 to 10 business days (depending on research, complexity, revisions, urgency, etc.). Printing takes 2–5 business days from the confirmation of the preview. Shipping times vary by destination (see details in the Shipping & Returns section). For urgent or complex requests, please contact us before placing your order to assess timing and feasibility.
