1. What kind of file should I upload for personalized products?
We recommend high-resolution files in PNG or JPG format. For logos or graphics with transparent backgrounds, PNG is ideal. Please avoid screenshots or blurry images.
2. Will I see a preview before printing?
Yes! For every personalized product, youโll receive a digital preview via email. Printing begins only after your confirmation. Youโre entitled to up to 2 free revisions.
3. What if I need a fully custom design?
Fill out the dedicated form (found in the Custom Design section). Weโll reply with a personalized quote within 2โ3 business days. Once approved, weโll start creating your design.
4. How does payment work for a custom design from scratch?
A deposit is required before we begin working on a fully custom design. The final balance will be due before printing or final delivery. All details will be provided with your quote.
5. Can I modify an order after itโs been submitted?
If we havenโt started working on it yet, yes โ just contact us as soon as possible. After the preview is confirmed, any changes may incur additional costs and delays. For Our Collections items, once the order is placed, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
6. How long will it take to receive my finished product?
From the preview confirmation, production usually takes 2โ5 business days. Shipping times depend on the destination: 3โ7 days within Europe, 10 or more for other countries Learn more… For custom designs, timelines may vary depending on project complexity. For urgent orders, additional fees may apply.
